Setana almost grabbed the book back, ubt didn't after Markel explained. She became excited. "Have him read it to us, Mendreta isn't here to stop us." she spoke as if Mythen wasn't even there.

Markel smiled and Mythen looked at Setana. "What page? And what am I looking for?" He asked.

"Oh." she tok the book back and flicked to the page she had left off at. "Here." she handed it to him and pointed to the line. "It's about werewolves and vampires. Very useful information." hunger burned behind her eyes.

Markel sat on the leafy floor with Akishta next to a tree. Mythen began, "'Wolf and Vampire have been often known as rivals, but at others, friends. Many 'Wolf and Vampires have had discreat rituals to become one with one another. Some clans of 'Wolf found out, and were not happy at all, they'd taken the Vampires as slaves or even simply began to kill them for sport." Mythen stopped there and looked at Setana.

She looked at him and rolled her eyes. "Just keep reading. This," a tiny smile curled around her lips. "is good to learn." she could smell Mendreta, though the elf wasn't coming towards them.

Mythen nodded, "The Vampires declared war against the 'Wolf clans centuries ago, and although the war was fought for six years straight, it was still unknown by the humans. When the war had ended, neither race had won, but as an advantage in the 'Wolf's eyes, for nearly all of the mix-breeds had been slaughtered, so they thought. Now, in modern day, neither race knows for sure if there are any of the mix-breeds left, and the rituals have stopped in fear of another war, and becoming well known in the society of humans." Mythen stopped once again and looked to Setana, wondering if any of this was helping.

Setana listened intently to his words. Her body semed to absorb the words more then her ears. When he stopped spekaing she allowed herself a moment to start breathing again. Her yellow eyes gleamed eagirly. "Perfect..." she whispered.

"What do you want with this information? How can it help you?" Questioned Mythen, he knew that Markel and Setana were mixed-breeds, but what could they possibly want with classified Elven information? Akishta was asleep now, and Markel had stood up. "Maybe we should get some sleep, its late.. and I haven't slept in days." Said Markel, yawning.

Setana chewed on a hangnail instead of spekaing to Mythen. Her mind was proccesing the information as quickly as she could piece it together. She suddenly swore loudly.

Mythen and Markel looked at Setana and rose their eyebrows. "What?" They asked in unison.

Setana looked at Markel, eyes dark. "Two female can't breed a race can they? And I also take it you wouldn't want to do it with your sister." she eyed Markel. "You don't look like a lesbian anyway."

Markel suddenly burst into laughter, "Well, then we might have to go on a search, wont we?" Markel said, smiling now. Mythen stared at her, then smacked her on the back of her head, "You want to mate wi-" He sighed and walked away.

A darkness seemed to enter Setana's eyes. "This is bad." she muttered. Setana chewed her nail again. Her previous love life had ended badly. Or she had ended it badly...
